State Committee of Psychologists
PURPOSE: This rule complies with section 337.050, RSMo which
permits the department to adopt rules governing the conduct of
the State Committee of Psychologists.
(1) The committee shall meet at the call of the chairperson or
by a notice signed by not fewer than three (3) members of the
committee. The committee shall meet at least once during
each calendar year and as frequently as the business of the
committee requires. The committee, with the assistance of the
Division of Professional Registration and its staff, shall provide
all application forms and maintain all records contemplated by
Chapter 337, RSMo and shall make regular reports to the board
and the Department of Commerce and Insurance concerning
the fulfillment of its functions and duties. The committee shall
screen all applicants for licensure as psychologists and report
to the director of the department, through the Division of
Professional Registration, concerning the qualifications of all
applicants.
