Fees

PURPOSE: This rule states what fees shall be charged when not specified by statute. This rule sets fees allowed in 276.423, RSMo. (1) The fees allowed by section 276.423, RSMo, if not specified, shall be the same rates as specified in 276.506, RSMo.
