Violation of Federal Quarantine Also State Violation
PURPOSE: This rule makes it a violation of
the Missouri Plant Law to violate a United
States Department of Agriculture plant quarantine.
(1) Any plants, plant products or any other
material moving or moved into the state in
violation of a United States Department of
Agriculture plant quarantine is a violation of
the Missouri Plant Law and the material,
plants and plant products shall be held and
disposed of under the direction of the state
entomologist.
