Trapping

PURPOSE: This rule establishes provisions for trapping on depart ment areas. Trapping on department areas is allowed only with a special use permit issued by the area manager. Trappers must comply with Chapter 8 of this Code. AUTHORITY: sections 40 and 45 of Art. IV, Mo. Const. This rule previously filed as 3 CSR 10-4.115.
