Black Bear Hunting

PURPOSE: This rule establishes provisions for black bear hunting on department areas. Black bears may be hunted on department areas located within the black bear management zones as described in 3 CSR 107.900(5) in accordance with statewide regulations, except as further restricted in this chapter.
