Possession and Daily Limit

PURPOSE: This rule aids in enforcing daily limits and restricts the release of fish that have been rendered incapable of survival. Except as provided in 3 CSR 10-6.405, any wildlife taken into actual possession, unless released unharmed immediately, shall continue to be included in the daily limit of the taker for the day when taken.
