Daily Hunting or Fishing Tags

PURPOSE: This rule establishes tags for daily hunting or fishing on special management areas. Daily Hunting or Fishing Tags. Required in addition to the pre scribed permit to pursue, take, possess, and transport any wild life on special management areas where daily permits or tags are required by regulation. A daily trout fishing tag is required from March 1 through October 31 for Bennett Spring, Montauk, and Roaring River state parks and Maramec Spring Park. AUTHORITY: sections 40 and 45 of Art. IV, Mo.
