Resident Lifetime Conservation Partner Permit

PURPOSE: This rule establishes a resident lifetime hunting and fishing permit. (1) Resident Lifetime Conservation Partner Permit. To chase, pursue, take, possess, and transport fish (including trout), frogs, mussels, clams, turtles, crayfish, live bait, birds (blue, snow, and Ross’s geese during the Conservation Order and migratory birds, except turkeys), and mammals (except black bears, deer, and elk), and to sell furbearers taken by hunting. (2) Lifetime hunting permits may be issued to residents under eleven (11) years of age, but holders of such permits may hunt only as provided in 3 CSR 10-5.205 until s/he completes a hunter education course.
