Resident Small Game Hunting and Fishing Permit

PURPOSE: This rule establishes a combination fishing and small game hunting permit for residents of the state. Resident Small Game Hunting and Fishing Permit. To chase, pursue, take, possess, and transport fish, frogs, mussels, clams, turtles, crayfish, live bait, birds (except turkeys), and mammals (except black bears, deer, and elk), and to sell furbearers taken by hunting.
