Resident Trapping Permit

PURPOSE: This rule establishes a trapping permit for residents of the state. Resident Trapping Permit. To attempt to take or take by trap only, to possess and transport furbearers and rabbits, and to sell all these except rabbits. AUTHORITY: sections 40 and 45 of Art. IV, Mo. Const.
