Nonresident Archery Antlerless Deer Hunting Permit

PURPOSE: This rule establishes a nonresident antlerless archery deer hunting permit and the prerequisite of obtaining a Nonresident Archer’s Hunting Permit. Nonresident Archery Antlerless Deer Hunting Permit. To pur sue, take, possess, and transport one (1) antlerless deer during the archery hunting season. A Nonresident Archer’s Hunting Permit or a Nonresident Landowner Archer’s Hunting Permit is required as a prerequisite to this permit. AUTHORITY: sections 40 and 45 of Art. IV, Mo. Const.
