Nonresident Landowner Turkey Hunting Permit

PURPOSE: This rule creates a Nonresident Landowner Turkey Hunting Permit for use on the landowner’s qualifying property at a reduced fee compared to a Nonresident Turkey Hunting Permit. Nonresident Landowner Turkey Hunting Permit. To pursue, take, possess, and transport wild turkeys from qualifying land during the prescribed seasons by nonresident landowners as defined in this Code.
