Deer: Regulations for Department Areas

PURPOSE: This rule incorporates deer hunting on department areas into Chapter 7. PUBLISHER’S NOTE: The secretary of state has determined that the publication of the entire text of the material which is incorporated by reference as a portion of this rule would be unduly cumbersome or expensive. Deer may be hunted on lands owned or leased by the department and on lands managed by the department under cooperative agreement as authorized in the current Fall Deer & Turkey Hunting Regulations and Information booklet, which is incorporated in this Code by reference.
