Confined Wildlife Permits: How Obtained, Replacements

PURPOSE: This rule moves the language in 3 CSR 10-9.630 to the beginning of Chapter 9 for easier reference and better organization. Confined wildlife permits and replacements for them may be issued only through the department office in Jefferson City upon receipt of proper application and the required permit fee.
