Bird Banding

PURPOSE: This rule authorizes bird banding by persons holding a federal permit. Birds may be livetrapped for banding and released by persons holding a valid federal permit in addition to a Missouri Wildlife Collector’s Permit. AUTHORITY: sections 40 and 45 of Art. IV, Mo.
