Definitions

PURPOSE: This rule defines terms used in the rules and regulations which pertain to the administration and operation of the State Services to Victims Fund Grant Program. (1) State Services to Victims Fund Grant Program refers to the program created by sections 595.050 and 595.100, RSMo and administered by the Department of Public Safety for the purpose of establishing victim assistance programs. (2) For the purposes of the rules and regulations pertaining to the State Services to Victims Fund Grant Program, the Department of Public Safety will use the legal definitions of terms contained in section 595.010, RSMo.
