301.561. Sign required at public motor vehicle auction. — Any person or corporation holding a public motor vehicle auction shall display in a conspicuous manner two signs each of which shall bear the following warning in letters at least six inches high: "Attention Buyers: Vehicles sold at this auction may not have had a safety inspection." The dimensions of each sign shall be at least two feet by two feet. (L. 1997 H.B. 207) Effective 7-01-97
