302.456. Court shall send order to department of revenue — record keeping required. — The court shall send the order to the department of revenue in all cases where the driving privilege of a person is restricted pursuant to section 302.440 . The order shall contain the requirement for, and the period of, the use of a certified ignition interlock device under sections 302.440 to 302.462 .
