305.100. Tampering with airport a misdemeanor. — Any person who shall interfere or tamper with any airdrome, flying field or airway, or the lights, markers or other equipment thereof, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. (RSMo 1939 § 15114) Prior revision: 1929 § 13913
