311.315. Manufacturing a false identification, offense of — penalty. — 1. A person commits the offense of manufacturing a false identification if he or she possesses any means of identification for the purpose of manufacturing and providing or selling a false identification card to a person under the age of twenty-one for the purpose of purchasing or obtaining alcohol. 2. The offense of manufacturing a false identification is a class A misdemeanor. (L. 2014 S.B. 491) Effective 1-01-17
