347.167. Service of process, venue. — Service on a foreign limited liability company shall be as provided in section 347.033 . Venue of actions against foreign limited liability companies shall be as provided in section 347.069 . (L. 1993 S.B. 66 & 20 § 359.814) Effective 12-01-93
