367.110. License required, application form. — No lender shall engage in the business of making consumer credit loans as herein defined in this state of money, credit, goods or things in action without first having obtained a license from the director as provided in sections 367.100 to 367.200 . Application for a license shall be in writing in the form prescribed by the director.
