375.151. Acts of managing general agent acts of insurer. — The acts of the managing general agent are considered to be the acts of the insurer on whose behalf it is acting. A managing general agent may be examined as if it were the insurer. (L. 1990 H.B. 1739 § 10) Effective 7-01-91
