40.408. Officer's conduct, unbecoming to an officer and a gentleman — court-martial. — Any commissioned officer who is convicted of conduct unbecoming an officer and a gentleman shall be punished as a court-martial may direct. (L. 1984 H.B. 1035 § 119)
