441.790. Certain evidence admissible in certain eviction-related actions. — Relevant evidence obtained in good faith by a law enforcement officer or agency shall be admissible in a civil action brought pursuant to sections 441.710 to 441.880 . This provision operates even though the cause of action may have been brought or is being prosecuted by a law enforcement agency. (L. 1997 H.B. 361)
