443.830. License refused — grounds. — The director shall refuse to license or renew a residential mortgage loan broker license if: (1) The applicant is not in compliance with any provision of sections 443.701 to 443.893 ; (2) There is substantial continuity between the applicant and any violator of any provision of sections 443.701 to 443.893 ; or (3) The director cannot make the findings specified in section 443.821 .
