443.839. Application by broker to open additional full-service offices, fee — certificate to be issued and posted. — 1. A residential mortgage loan broker may apply for authority to open and maintain additional offices in Missouri by: (1) Giving the director prior notice of the residential mortgage loan broker's intention in such form as prescribed by the director; and (2) Paying a fee to be established by the director. 2. On receipt of the notice and fee, the director shall issue a certificate for the additional office. The certificate shall be conspicuously displayed in the respective office.
