453.153. One church-one child program to find adoptive placements for certain children. — The director of the department of social services shall develop and implement a program to work through local churches to find adoptive placements for minority and hard to place children. The program shall be known as "Missouri, One Church-One Child" program. (L. 1989 H.B. 51 § 1)
