455.055. Assignment of wages. — The court may order the person obligated to pay support or maintenance to make an assignment of a part of his periodic earnings or other income to the person entitled to receive the payments in accordance with chapter 452 . (L. 1980 S.B. 524 § 10, A.L. 1995 S.B. 174)
