488.006. Infraction charges imposed same as misdemeanor charges. — For any infraction, unless otherwise provided by law, all court costs, fees, surcharges, and other miscellaneous charges shall be assessed in the same manner and amount as a misdemeanor. (L. 2009 H.B. 683)
