Sale of property to innocent purchaser not affected by vacating judgment. — No sale or conveyance of property for the satisfaction of any judgment, regularly made, shall be affected or prejudiced by the setting aside any judgment on the appearance of a defendant, as herein provided, if the property shall be in the hands of innocent purchasers.
