Provisions of certain laws applicable to all causes of action. — The provisions of sections 260.552 , 408.040 , 490.715 , 509.050 , 510.263 , 537.067 , 537.068 , 537.117 , 537.675 , and 537.760 to 537.765 and 538.300 shall apply to all causes of actions accruing after July 1, 1987.
