Involuntary civil detention or commitment cases, representation by defenders prohibited. — The state public defender system shall not represent a person who faces a loss or deprivation of liberty pursuant to section 632.415 , and nothing in sections 600.011 to 600.048 and 600.086 to 600.096 shall be construed to affect the legal representative provided to any person pursuant to section 632.415 .
