620.030. Department's authority to contract with certain entities and organizations for technology and technology development services. — The department of economic development shall have the authority to contract directly with the Missouri technology corporation, as established in section 348.251 , innovation centers, as established in section 348.271 , small business development centers, as established in sections 620.1000 to 620.1007 , centers for advanced technology, as established in section 348.272 , and other entities or organizations for the provision of technology application, technology commercialization and technology development services.
