72.310. Election, how ordered. — Upon adoption of the resolution setting forth the plan of absorption, the governing body of each municipality involved shall order the submission of the question of absorption to the voters of each municipality involved. (L. 1976 H.B. 1017 § 3, A.L. 1978 H.B. 971)
