71.910. Proposition not to be resubmitted, when. — In the event that the question of annexing such territory fails to receive the necessary majorities, the question shall not be resubmitted to the voters for a period of at least two years. (L. 1963 p. 126 § 6, A.L. 1978 H.B. 971)
