82.515. City treasurer, supervision of parking meters — term. — The treasurer of any city not within a county shall enter upon the duties of the office of supervisor of parking meters immediately upon taking the oath of the elected office of treasurer. (L. 1951 p. 347 § 3, A.L. 1990 H.B. 1716)
