82.311. License collector, St. Louis City, qualifications — residence requirement, violation, forfeiture of office. — 1. No person shall be elected or appointed to the office of license collector in any city not within a county who shall not have been a qualified voter of such city for one year next preceding his election or appointment. 2. Any license collector of any city not within a county who removes his residence from such city shall forfeit such office. (L. 1990 S.B. 862 § 2)
