8.450. Two-thirds vote of board required for bonds. — Bonds may be issued under the provisions of sections 8.370 to 8.450 pursuant to a resolution adopted by the affirmative vote of two-thirds of the members of the board and no other proceedings shall be required therefor. (L. 1959 H.B. 241 § 9)
