9.202. Ethel Hedgeman Lyle Day designated for February 10. — February tenth of every year is hereby designated as "Ethel Hedgeman Lyle Day" in Missouri. Born in St. Louis, Missouri, Ethel Hedgeman Lyle founded Alpha Kappa Alpha, the first intercollegiate historically African-American sorority.
