9.235. Celiac Awareness Day designated for second Wednesday in May. — The second Wednesday in May shall be designated as "Celiac Awareness Day". The citizens of this state are encouraged to participate in appropriate events and activities that increase awareness of celiac disease. (L. 2022 H.B. 1738)
