197.325. Submission of applications. — Any person who proposes to develop or offer a new institutional health service shall submit a letter of intent to the committee at least thirty days prior to the filing of the application. (L. 1979 H.B. 222 § 6, A.L. 1999 S.B. 326) Effective 7-1-99
