197.410. Application for license, fee. — 1. Persons desiring to receive a license to operate a home health agency in the state of Missouri shall file a written application with the department of health and senior services on a form prescribed by the director of the department. 2. The application shall be accompanied by a six hundred-dollar license fee. (L. 1983 H.B. 51 § 3)
