107.050. Discharge of former sureties. — When the additional bond is given and approved, the former sureties shall thereby be discharged from any misconduct of the principal after the approval of said bond. (RSMo 1939 § 3237) Prior revisions: 1929 § 2850; 1919 § 1001; 1909 § 1208
