217.590. Violations of sections 217.575 and 217.580, penalty. — Any person who knowingly refuses or neglects to comply with the provisions of sections 217.575 and 217.580 shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a class A misdemeanor. (L. 1982 H.B. 1196 § 104)
