Rosa Parks Highway, portion of Interstate Highway 55 in St. Louis County designated as. — The portion of Interstate Highway 55, one mile south of Lindbergh Boulevard to Butler Hill Road, contained within a county of the first classification with a charter form of government having a population over nine hundred thousand shall be designated the "Rosa Parks Highway".
