Ziegler Memorial Highway designated for a portion of U.S. Highway 67 in St. Francois County. — The portion of U.S. Highway 67 in St. Francois County between State Route 8 in Desloge and State Route 32 in Leadington shall be designated the "Deputy Steven R.
