229.479. Sale of plants or plant parts collected from highways or roadways, penalty. — No person, except authorized personnel, shall possess for sale, collect, or sell any plants or plant parts collected from highways, county roadways, or rights-of-way. Violation of this section is a class A misdemeanor. (L. 1993 H.B. 536 § 2)
