238.317. Bylaws, adoption and approval. — The board shall adopt corporation bylaws which shall be approved by a minute of the commission. The bylaws of a corporation shall not be amended without approval by a minute of the commission. (L. 1990 S.B. 479 & 649 § 17) Effective 5-30-90
