249.050. Notice of hearing. — Immediately after the report of the engineer has been filed it shall be the duty of the court to fix a time at which it will hear objections as provided in section 249.060 and it shall be the duty of the clerk of the circuit court to cause a notice thereof to be published in some newspaper of general circulation in the county wherein the proceedings are pending. Such notice shall be published once a week for three consecutive weeks and shall be substantially as follows: (RSMo 1939 § 12641)
